China Finland Winter sports year 2019 opening ceremony – a spectacle combining music and ice skating
Mervi, with her original music, accompanied a performance of “Lumineers” – a Finnish team of synchronised skaters on a broadcast show on ice, marking an opening of Finnish-Chinese cooperation on the winter sports front. The magical spectacle featured singers, dancers, musicians, sportsmen and sportswomen in the context of Chinese New Year and Finnish Christmas celebrations.
